Kishimen, Nagoya based noodle with soy source and Bonito tuna bouillon soup, is served at Shinkansen platform of Nagoya station, and the soup's flavour attracts me to get it in when I get off at the station every time. Today I had a kishimen, and they have kept same taste several decades.
